What appears very interesting to me is the use of real world projects. After looking at the sample chapter for InDesign CS3, I was very impressed and according to the press release I am not the only one.

Early reviews from all segments of the educational environment have been remarkably positive, and adoptions are far outpacing expectations, according to Ellenn Behoriam, president and co-owner.

This is definitely a series I am thinking about adding to my library…especially the InDesign CS3 book.
