Prepressology was tapped to design a real estate flyer for a client looking to rent his house out to boaters coming to Lake George, New York. The client provided the photography and some of the copy writing.

The letterhead size flyer is being used both as a email attachment in the form of a low resolution PDF and as a printed flyer that will be placed on community boards in the area. The flyers are being printed on a OKI digital press for clean, crisp colors.

Working with the client, browns were selected that complimented the photographs. The background had to be light enough not to take away from the photos while still standing out and grabbing the attention of people passing by. A simple grid was used to display all the information.
